Last year I took my parents and brother on a holiday to Cyprus. This was my parents first holiday abroad and it was for their 30th wedding anniversary, so we wanted it to be special. Lorna took time to show us our various options and we never felt under any pressure. She organised our flights, accommodation, private transfers and travel insurance and every aspect of the holiday was a success!
