We know that if we need a holiday or just a flight Louise will arrange everything, nothing is too much trouble for her to sort out. As we go to Australia most years we just leave all the flight arrangements to Louise and are confident the trip will be hassle free.

In 2006 my wife and I decided on an extended trip to New Zealand from the UK. We wanted to stop off at certain points and spend about 2 months abroad early in 2007. The problem was how to go about getting what we wanted, as we only had a rough idea at the time. Having noticed you in our local church magazine but not knowing anything about you we decided to contact you. Straight away you were extremely helpful. You visited us at our home on more than one occasion and we visited you at your home on more than one occasion. Firstly you got to grips with what we really wanted, then you gave us various different options until you were satisfied that we had what we were happy with. You even found a chap who had been to New Zealand and you got an itinerary from him which you were able to revamp for us, which covered places we wanted to visit, motels we could stay in and even times and distances to each stop off place. So what else did you do? You arranged a flight which got us to Los Angeles, nights in a swanky hotel, then a weeks cruise around Hawaii, with a night in a hotel so that we could catch the next days flight. Nights in Sydney, followed by the flight to Auckland. You sorted out our car hire so that for the 6 weeks we were touring New Zealand we had no worries as all the motels en-route were sorted. Flying from Christchurch we visited Bangkok and then 6 nights which you had arranged for us in The Boat House Hotel on an Island off Thailand. All sorted with your expert help and advice. It was a holiday of a lifetime - all of which was only made possible by the work you put in to ensure we had a great trouble free holiday. On top of the above my wife had sorted out a little walking holiday in Menorca in October 2007. We had to sort our own flights. I contacted you and in no time at all you had arranged some flights which fitted in with the holiday - just fantastic!
