We first started to use Lucy just after the COVID restrictions were lifted and we wanted some expert advice and knowledge about where we could travel to, what the restrictions were and what we should be aware of. I’ve spoken to Lucy many many times since, and we talk in a number of ways – phone, WhatsApp and email, whatever if easiest for me, Lucy always replies and responds.
Lucy has provided her advice now for a number of holidays from adult only 5* breaks for some R&R to some family friendly holidays for all budgets to some magical winter experiences – Her breadth of knowledge and experience is, in my view, second to none – And she does all this to fit around my schedule – No call is too late or early, so much easier and better than sitting in a travel agents!
And she also provides us with passport validity advice, FAQs and do’s and don’ts for each holiday. We also get an old school travel wallet for each holiday giving us all the details and things we need to travel with. Lucy takes care of everything so all we need to do is pack and arrive at the airport on time…
Lucy has organised holidays to Majorca, Cyprus, Portugal and most recently a magical break to experience the Northern Lights! Everything we wished the experience was going be to, was over exceeded!!!! As part of Lucy’s access to specialist operators, she was able to recommend and organise a very special holiday and took care of everything – Included as part of the trip were organised Reindeer Sleigh rides, Husky sledding, Snowmobiling, walks and of course, Northern Lights search tours each evening. The accommodation recommended was perfect, our own lodge on a small friendly hotel complex – a perfect mix and privacy and socialising! The food was great and hearty which was needed as we burnt several thousand calories each day!
