About Me

I've worked in the Travel Industry for 8 years, selling dream holidays and organising many business trips involving conferences etc. I can draw on the experiences of over 900 fellow Travel Counsellors worldwide to make your dreams come true.

My goal is to keep my level of service at a high standard and carry on learning, therefore providing the best service and products available.

Specialties:
I've travelled extensively and have become a specialist in South Africa, Canada and the Caribbean through Travel Uni.

Previous to working for Travel Counsellors, I worked for 2 independent agents in Reading, Berkshire. Mainly selling package tours, ski holidays and cruises. As I’ve had 8 years experience in the industry I have been fortunate enough to gain experience in many aspects of travel. Each country I’ve been fortunate enough to visit has something different to offer. I really enjoyed North America and the Caribbean. I honeymooned in Thailand and plan to revisit the Far east soon. I’ve visited over 30 countries worldwide including most of Europe, North America, the Caribbean Islands, Dubai, Thailand, North Africa, South Africa, Mexico and the Indian Ocean (Sri Lanka and the Maldives.)

I pride myself in putting my customer’s needs first, and treat each customer how I would expect to be treated. I make myself available outside normal office hours and always get back to my clients if I’ve missed a call or email due to being out of the office or with a client. The best way to give good customer service is to listen to people’s needs and deliver what my clients want.
