Had the most fabulous service from Mags Addison, she booked my holiday to the Italian Lakes in May this year and recommended we stay at the top of the lake, this was by far the best choice, the hotel was excellent, and to know she was at the end of the telephone gave us total confidence, she ensures all the holiday plans are checked and double checked, so nothing goes wrong.
