We have known Margaret for several years when she worked for a large National travel agent and she booked our family holidays. She was always extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. When she moved away and became a Travel Counsellor we contacted her to wish her well and since then have booked subsequent holidays through her. I have just booked my second holiday with Margaret, after she provided an excellent service booking our 2 centre trip to America last year. Margaret always responds immediately to e-mails and phone calls, and does lots of research to meet destination and budget requirements, providing several options. The package she put together for us was several hundred pounds cheaper than some well known travel companies. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Her service doesn't end once the holiday is booked. She sent us lots of information about San Fransisco, including maps for our car journey from San Fransisco to Lake Tahoe. The hotels Margaret booked for us were excellent. On our return she rang us to ask about our holiday. A very friendly, personal, and efficient service, which I have recommended to several friends. We are looking forward to our next trip.

My cousin and I decided to go to New Zealand in February 2007 to meet up with my daughters in Christchurch. We had never booked anything this complicated before, so to find someone like Margaret, with her experience to help us, was a great relief. She not only timed all our flights on the best airlines, but arranged accommodation for us.We had a brilliant trip thanks to her organisation.

Margaret was fantastic in searching for a flight for my partner and I from London to Sydney. As we'd left it so late to book, and with Christmas being such a popular time to fly, seats were limited but she searched all avenues to come up with the perfect flight with regards to flight times and stopovers. She also arranged an internal flight in Australia to cut down on our travelling time over there, giving us more time to enjoy our trip. Our requirements changed several times but Margaret was extremely patient with us throughout.
