I have just booked another holiday through Margaret and, as ever, am delighted with the booking and hugely grateful for ALL the help she gave me. I was not entirely certain how to structure the trip and where to include on the itinerary, however Margaret gave some excellent advice on key places to go and on the various hotels (it's a multi-centre holiday) and pulled together a brilliant itinerary. She gave some great ideas on how to keep the trip concise, yet make sure we fit in the main sights. Thank you, Margaret!

I have just booked my second holiday with Margaret, after she provided an excellent service booking our 2 centre trip to America last year. Margaret always responds immediately to e-mails and phone calls, and does lots of research to meet destination and budget requirements, providing several options. The package she put together for us was several hundred pounds cheaper than some well known travel companies. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Her service doesn't end once the holiday is booked. She sent us lots of information about San Fransisco, including maps for our car journey from San Fransisco to Lake Tahoe. The hotels Margaret booked for us were excellent. On our return she rang us to ask about our holiday. A very friendly, personal, and efficient service, which I have recommended to several friends. We are looking forward to our next trip.

My cousin and I decided to go to New Zealand in February 2007 to meet up with my daughters in Christchurch. We had never booked anything this complicated before, so to find someone like Margaret, with her experience to help us, was a great relief. She not only timed all our flights on the best airlines, but arranged accommodation for us.We had a brilliant trip thanks to her organisation.
