My sister and I have recently undertaken a 6 week holiday arranged and booked by Marina. Our trip was to visit family in New Zealand and Australia. We also wanted to add a few days at the start, middle and end, just for us. Hence, we also visited Singapore, Fiji and Japan. In all, we had 9 flights, 3 hotels plus tours. These were all arranged by Marina with great patience. She coped with all our worries about aircraft seating and transfers, about uprisings in Fiji and Visas etc. Everything worked out perfectly and was cheaper than the competitors - a bonus. The most important thing for me was that Marina was always available and I was confident if there had been any problems during the six weeks, I would have been able to request her help. I shall recommend Marina to everybody.

I want to say publicly how your response to my slightly concerned question saved our holiday from a very stressful situation. To explain further whilst we were attempting landing at Marco Polo airport in Venice the plane had to make a drastic measure to avoid 'an obstruction' on the runway, this very nearly caused the plane to crash land.

With a wife scared of flying in the firstplace, as you can imagine this did not go down to well. Being frank, I myself was not too enamoured with the thought of getting back on the plane. The first couple of days were spent stressing over the incident, however a quick email to Marina about returning home by train soon allayed the fears that we would not be stuck in Italy without a sensible route home.

This simple fact allowed my wife and kids(and by default myself) to relax with the return flight not appearing too bad. Marina without your input we would have had a ruined holiday and I thank you for your input.

Marina Simioli our Travel Counsellor, is a real find. Running a small, but busy business combined with a family, means that I don’t have time to get out to the travel agent or really spend time on the internet, trying site after site, to get holidays booked. With Marina, we just give her an idea of what we want, where, and our budget limit, and call on her vast experience of different destinations and holiday types. She always provides us with a range of suitable options and we just choose which one we want, and let her sort out the paperwork etc.

She really knows the business, and from the perspective of being out in the country, rather than from sitting behind a desk. The best things though, are the personal touch and the customer service – nothing is ever too much trouble, at whatever time of day it is. It’s great, when you just don’t need any additional stress, to have someone as professional as Marina deal with it on your behalf. We’ll definitely be coming back to her for future bookings.
