Hello,
My name is Mark Gray and I would like to welcome you to my personal web page at Travel Counsellors. Since I started work in the travel industry in 1985, I have worked in various departments including operations, administration, reservations and also overseas as a holiday rep. The majority of my time however, was spent managing Travel Agencies in the High Street. As a Personal Travel Counsellor I am now able to pass on this wealth of knowledge and experience to you. Working from home without the constraints and distractions of the high street, I am able to offer exceptional customer service to ensure that each and every trip meets and exceeds your expectations.
I was first introduced to the benefits of working from home by my wife Simone, who has worked for Travel Counsellors since May 2003, and we are now working as a partnership from our office at home.
I am able to offer a personal service when arranging your holiday requirements, whether this may be a package, tailor-made holiday, business travel, flights, accommodation only, car-hire, or currency exchange.
I have recently achieved Platinum status on The Disney All Stars Training Programme. I have also reached Captain status on The Royal Caribbean OnLine Training Programme. I have also been accredited by the TravelUni for their Malta Training Programme, and am currently studying Australia and Caribbean Training Modules.
I am very fortunate in that my brother now lives in Charlotte in The USA, so we try to get out visit as often as we can.
