The service we received for our honeymoon from Melanie was outstanding! I have never know service like it just for booking a holiday. We found that having someone so approachable to deal with helped us not be shy in asking the right questions about our destinations, currency, money, charges etc and Melanie was always on hand for knowledge of the areas and hotels as she had stayed in most places we went to and this was key for us. We were constantly kept in contact with on the progress of our booking or just to see how we were getting on. We found everything professional and would give 11 out of 10 for service and we would recommend to anyone and will definitely be an ongoing customer.

Melanie organised my honeymoon in December 2011, which comprised 3 parts New York, Hawaii and Las Vegas. The package that she put together was within our price range and she also included all the elements that we required. We were also massively impressed with once we arrived at our destinations with the quality of the hotels we were staying and how Melanie had also listened to what we wanted (i.e. times square New York, ocean view Hawaii). She was also friendly and efficient and even sent us a wedding and Christmas card, its the little touches that make a difference.
