Orlando - Oh what fun!

The weekend was hosted at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Studios, Orlando which is just steps from the two amazing theme parks, non-stop nightlife and more. If you are staying at the hotel they include the Universal Express pass which allows you to skip the regular lines and also early park admission to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

We were lucky enough to have included a VIP tour of Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. This is definitely worthwhile as you never have to queue for the rides, literally go through the exits and straight onto the rides so that was fabulous and we were very lucky to get the opportunity to do this.

Whilst we were there it was Mardi Gras at Universal and on the Saturday night the boy band ‘The Wanted’ played so it was a fabulous opportunity for us to see the parade with the concert afterwards.

We also had a day at Wet & Wild which they set up a private area for us with a BBQ and drinks. It was a fabulous day out and so much fun.

Orlando has so much to do and see for all ages it’s not just for children. There are amazing Theme Parks, great shopping outlets, an abundance of nightlife and restaurants.
