My name is Michelle Thake and I have worked in the travel industry for 16 years, operating as Personal Travel Counsellor for almost 8 years.
Travel is my passion in life and I have been very fortunate to have travelled all over the world including The Far East, America, Canada & the Indian Ocean to name but a few!
Over the past 8 years, since branching out on my own, I have developed some strong relationships with my clients by really getting to know them and what they want from their holiday. My clients have become my friends and the trust they have in me just reconfirms why I love my job so much. It is very rewarding for me to start with a distant dream and turn it into a reality ensuring my customer gets everything and more from their holiday.
I am a parent and I have vast experience of family holidays too. Having to cater for the children in the first instance is paramount to ensure the grown ups have a good holiday so if you're struggling for inspiration just let me know.
As a Personal Travel Counsellor I am able to pass on my extensive knowledge and experience whilst offering you honest and impartial advice.

For those of my customers caught up in the volcanic ash cloud it was worth it's weight in gold to have their travel agent on the end of the phone. I was able to reassure them and assist them in getting home as quickly as possible.
