I have dealt with Mike on several occasions, I just need to e-mail him my requirements, flights, resort, hotel rating, type of room etc and he responds quickly with a choice of hotels along with flight times and cost. I respond with my choice and Mike quickly confirms my booking. Prior to my holiday, Mike delivers my tickets and vouchers along with an itinerary and details of transfers. The service that Mike provides suits my requirements well, avoiding the need to go around Travel Agents and avoiding the hard sell.
