Olivia was introduced by a mutual friend, so the flight from Spain to Mexico and the hotel for our daughter's wedding was booked effortlessly. On the day prior to our departure, a volcano erupted in Iceland. Our flight from Spain was cancelled so we had to drive to the UK. During the 18 hour journey, Olivia phoned (day and night) with updates on the situation and our options as they developed. Priceless.
