Our trip to Australia had been on the cards for a while. A quick email to Pam

regarding a rough plan was followed the next day by an incredible itinerary of flights,dates, car hire, Hotels. I was impressed to say the least.

A few changes had to be made along the way to coincide with our every changing plans and Pam was able to accommodate every step of the way. By the time it came to leaving for Oz, we were very chilled and relaxed knowing that everything was sorted, we just had to turn up. When my friend and I first decided we would like to visit friends and relatives in Australia and hopefully see New Zealand, someone recommended Pam.
