Pauline arranged a long weekend break for my husband and I to Venice. Everything was perfect, we had an amazing trip. Pauline took care of everything from the private water taxi from airport to the Hotel Danieli and other little extras which made for the most memorable trip. A few hiccups which was out of Pauline's hands but she was right at the end of the phone when we needed her to put things right for us. Thoroughly recommend booking a trip with her and we wouldn't hesitate using Pauline and Travel Counsellors again.
