PJ is very professional in her approach. She is helpful and listens to what you want. She brings to your attention things that you may have overlooked such as how to cross Paris with several alternative methods. She gives good advice on matters such as insurance for an older person and how to obtain it. We were delighted with the trip to Turin that she devised for us. She has an impressive knowledge of how to travel easily. As she takes the hassle out of travel we want to use her again for a trip to Ireland later this year.
