Rebecca Aylett of Travel Counsellors has looked after our holiday bookings for the past several years. She has always been most helpful and thorough in her research to ensure we get the deal we are looking for. Before we dealt with Rebecca I spent many a tedious hour trawling the net, ringing the agents, scouring the brochures, watching the press etc etc. I never seemed to be able to link up the flights and grades that we wanted with a hotel of our choice. We normally travel at Christmas and it can be a nightmare, however early you start, to get confirmed bookings - a lot of travel companies won't even publish prices for this time of year until they see how the bookings are going early on and presumably how much in premium charges they can get away with. Now we just contact Rebecca, give her the dates we would prefer to travel and an indication of where we would like to go, of course the great thing is that by now Rebecca knows what we like and what we are looking for in the style of hotel (very small and quiet). So instead of having list upon list of destinations and options thrust upon us to wade through, something I think is the worst part of the whole holiday arrangement, Rebecca sorts them for us into a few extremely well chosen, carefully checked options form which we have full confidence in making a choice. After all we have never found a fault with the arrangements Rebecca has made for us in the past, so why should we worry. Holidays are about relaxation and enjoyment with Rebecca on the case we can relax before we have even booked. Thanks Rebecca.
