We booked our honeymoon through Robin at Travel Counsellors for July 2010 and the process could not have been easier. We had in mind a couple of possible 3 week itineraries and Robin initially reserached them both, letting us know details of dates available, prices and visits available in those areas.

When we settled on the US trip of a lifetime to LA, The Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Yosemite National Park, San Francisco, Oahu (Hawaii) and Kau'i (Hawaii), Robin was excellent! For each destination we were given the choice of 2 or 3 hotels at varying prices, he sorted out a hire car for us, he even confirmed and booked a hotel for us that we had been recommended by a friend.

Everything was done efficiently, effectively, and on time. He made changes we wanted with no trouble, he kept in touch with us all the time, he came to our house when necessary to discuss details and bring our information; simply outstanding service. Robin is personable, pleasant, easy to deal with and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend him and the service he provides to anyone.

From the first time we met Robin, both my wife and myself felt that he was very dedicated to his work and was prepared to walk the extra mile to give his customers what they wanted and also a good deal.

Our first holiday with him was to New Zealand with stopovers in Hong Kong in the outward journey and Hawaii on the return journey. The holiday lasted six weeks and with car hire resulted in over 30,000 miles of travel. This caused a lot of research for Robin but he planned our trip down to the last detail and it went like clock work.

Our second holiday with Robin was a Hurtigruten Cruise up the Norwegian Coast to North Cape and the Russian Border, with flights to and from Bergen, a train journey from Trondheim to Oslo and a self drive car hire journey round Norway’s South Coast, from Oslo to Bergen, incorporating 5 pre-booked ferries. Yet another complicated holiday that went like clockwork due to Robin’s dedication to detail.

We have just asked Robin to research three more holidays for us for 2009/10. This speaks for itself.

We have travelled with many other Travel Agents but have not received such high personal service as Robin has given us. We would highly recommend him to all who
