Having been presented with a real problem at Gatwick airport (a 12 hour delay, apparent collapse of airline etc. etc.) on a Sunday, I have to say that being able to contact Rosemary at 6am on a Sunday morning to alert her of problems, was a life saver. She organised the executive lounge for us, alerted the hire car company in Corsica that we would be arriving after hours, cancelled the hotel booking that was a 3 hour drive from the airport and arranged an alternative close to the airport - we eventually arrived at 11 pm instead of 11 a.m. All in all, a fantastic service and we would recommend Rosemary to anyone who requires troublefree travel and an enjoyable holiday.

I just wanted to thank you in writing for all your efforts on my behalf last Saturday morning.

My wife and I were very grateful – and not a small part impressed – by your willingness to help us, even though my wife had not booked our holiday with you!

As you know, when our flight was cancelled at 11.32pm on Friday night we were left with no options to change our booking and the wait for the airline's “hotline” was 357 minutes – which on a mobile with roaming charges was not an option.

Once again you were working hard on a weekend to help your clients – and the fact that you found us a flight for the 24th was fantastic. A day later, and other clients at the Hotel were being quoted May 4th and on the morning that we were actually shipped out the airline had quoted me May 10th for a revised date on my original booking reference.

As I mentioned briefly on the phone…not only does this episode make us delighted with your services, but the way that you handled the problems that we had with our last US visit being disrupted by storms, makes us very comfortable using you and Travel Counsellors for our business travel.

Additionally, my wife and I will be very willing to use you for future bespoke travel arrangements. I have also mentioned your quality to my parents in law and other friends.
