My name is Sanchia and I am an independent travel agent in Ash Vale. I joined Travel Counsellors as I wanted to concentrate on giving my customers the highest possible levels of personal service and independent travel advice.
Travel Counsellors is one of the largest independent travel agencies in the UK.
I am passionate about all aspects of travel. I have over 20 years experience in the travel sales industry, the last 10 of which were with British Airways Travel Shops. All of this is enhanced with extensive overseas travel, including Myanmar (Burma), China, India, Egypt, Australia, the Caribbean and more recently Lapland for something different!.
I am committed to providing excellent customer service and have a reputation of being professional, efficient and exceeding expectations. I received the Customer Service Award with British Airways travel shops, Windsor. I even have a client who has put my name in print, and mentions me in the book he has written about customer service.
