At last I have got round to thanking you so much for all the work you did in arranging our holiday in America. I know it was a bit of a nightmare not having the exact departure date, sorry we couldn’t have been more specific, but as you know we were at the mercy of American Emigration. Anyway all the arrangements you made for us went off just as planned.

Once again, thank you very much for all your efforts for us, I will certainly recommend you to any friends who are thinking of taking a trip to America or elsewhere. Maybe, in the future (not for a while yet though) we may be contacting you again.
