It's Nice To Meet You

Hello, I’m Sarah and thanks for visiting my Travel Counsellors page. I started as a TC in 2018 after having an extended break from the travel industry to have and raise my three beautiful children.

Before having my family I worked as a travel agent in a busy call centre finding and booking trips all over the world for customers. I was recognised for having exceptional customer service and going the extra mile for my customers which is why Travel Counsellors fits with my ethos of work.

My customers come first and whatever you are looking for when you contact me you can be rest assured that I will give you 100% in finding your perfect holiday. Whether it be a long weekend in the UK, a sun holiday, a family road trip or an around the world journey, see it all, once in a lifetime experience; then pick up your phone and give me a call.

One of my real passions is being able to put together bespoke itineraries for my customers and really show them how to make the most out of their trip. I have arranged multi stop trips around the world for customers and one of my specialist countries to book is the USA having travelled to both the east and west coasts.

We've just come back from a wonderful family holiday, all arranged by Sarah. I gave her a tough shopping list: somewhere not too hot, no further than 3 hours on a plane, baby-friendly and with a hot tub in our room. She nailed it on all counts, the quote and booking process was so easy, we literally did nothing! Boarding passes were all sorted, printed and hand-delivered to us - all we had to do was turn up. I can't recommend her highly enough. It's changed the way I think about booking a holiday now - why spend ages trawling the internet for deals and having to compare them all? I'd definitely just leave it to the experts and let Sarah take care of it from now on. Thank you for an amazing holiday, we made some lovely memories.

Really helped with everything we wanted and was quick to respond with different options. Even when we had finalised our holiday, sad news came from Sri Lanka and Sarah was quick to help us find a suitable alternative staying within our budget. We both had an amazing time and everything was made so much easier with all the hard work you put in organising it all for me even down to you personally delivering the tickets and all the required paperwork to me. Checking us in online and organising the transfers. The hotel you suggested for us was amazing and a lovely place to stay. Callela again another place you suggested us to stay was a lovely resort.
