Nothing is too much trouble for Sarah. We travel to some far flung places in the Far East which even Sarah hasn't heard of. She goes out of her way to find out about flights and accommodation and if she can't find it she will contact other Travel Counsellors to ask for their assistance. I would not contemplate booking a holiday without the help of Sarah.
