Educational trip to Cyprus
My 3 previous visits were as a Younger Me, checking out the nightlife, then another couple of times on Family Holidays, one of which included a Wedding for a Friend that I had Personally organized for them!
This time it was learning more about the Island, the History, The Locals and the huge array of things to do.
I don't want to Bore you, but I have really learned that Cyprus is way more than a Beach Destination.
We visited Monestary's, Museums, Churches, Local Villages, The birth place of Aphrodite the Goddess of Love! Unseco Heritage sites and the Toombs of the Kings.
We dined in Local Taverna's and the food was very good I must say! We made Bread in a Bakery in the Hillside Village of Omodos and visited Zambartas Winery! The Wine was very nice indeed!
Cyprus offers something for everyone even sport's enthusiasts, You can Dive here with sea temperatures a Balmy 35 degrees there are many shipwreck dives and good marine life, or if you feel more energetic you can hire a Bike, may it be a bit of Mountain terrain or Road Cycling you prefer, Cyprus has many Athletes who come here to train!
There is more to tell but I wanted to just give you an insight, So if it is a Budget Holiday or 5* Luxury Holiday Cyprus really does offer it all!
