Hello and thank you for visiting my page.

Although I have worked in the travel industry for around 35 years I chose to join Travel Counsellors in 2003 because they care about their customers which is all too often lacking in many companies.

I take pride in offering the highest level of personalised customer service to my many clients and I love my job. It is this which I think is what has helped me build a successful business for almost 10 years. My clients, many of whom have become my own personal friends, trust me and are happy to help expand my business by passing my details to their friends, colleagues, and family.

Working from home, I have the time, enthusiasm and award winning technology which enables me to deal with your enquiry in the most effective way. You don't have to do battle with high street crowds during your busy lunch hour. Instead you can phone or email me at your convenience, even outside normal office hours. You will always be able to speak to ME, rather than a premium-rate call centre, for just the cost of a local call.

I am independent so rather than automatically selling you a standard tour operator package, I can search through hundreds of different flight, accommodation and transfer alternatives to find something that suits you perfectly. Quite often this means I can build you a bespoke holiday at a comparable price and more importantly, one which more appropriately fits your needs.

Whilst I have travelled extensively, I am passionate about the Caribbean and Middle East and just love cruising. There is something so exciting about waking up in a different destination almost every day without any effort on your part, not to mention the fantastic facilities and entertainment available on board.

If you are thinking of your next holiday whatever or wherever that may be I promise to provide you with the highest level of personal service. You will also be safe in the knowledge that your holiday is fully financially protected as our unique Financial Trust gives you total peace of mind on everything I book.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Customer Story 1

Sharon was, as always, first class...she was at the front of the queue when they gave out patience! We were aware of cheaper options elsewhere but were, and would always be, happy to pay a premium for excellent service. I'm a happy customer!

Customer Story 2

Sharon is a lot more than a number between 0 & 10. She is a cracking agent who genuinely cares about her clients. Sharon has always gone that extra mile to make sure a holiday or flight is exactly what was wanted - to coin a phrase "exactly as it says on the tin". Sharon isn't just a travel agent. She is a friend. I can't praise her enough for the help she has given to us to find our perfect honeymoon location. Many Thanks.

Customer Story 3

This is the first time we have booked with Travel Counsellors and Sharon Seward could not have been more helpful and efficient when dealing with our original enquiry and going that extra mile to give us some informed options. We did confirm one of the options she recommended and this was based partly on the experience Sharon could provide on our final choice of booking. We have booked through travel agents before and have always felt they lacked the personal touch and the experience they provided seemed to be at times limited on certain holidays. It was only when we were recommended to deal with Sharon that we have found our ideal travel agent with the travel experience that we have found lacking at other travel agencies! Ten out of ten is too low a score for the service we received and we will not be booking with any other agency for any future flights/holidays we may take!

Sympozjum Hotel and Spa, Krakow from £224

Poland’s royal capital for over 500 years, Krakow has accumulated a fascinating portfolio of architecture over the centuries. Embaixador, Lisbon from £272

Although Lisbon is dripping with historical influence, from the looming Arabic castle to the river-facing statues of explorers at the Belem waterfront, this fairytale city is much more than a living, breathing museum. Madeira re-visited

Sharon's blog, 10/06/2013

In June 2013, after a gap of 35 years, I decided it was time to pay a return visit to the beautiful island of Madeira and booked to stay at the 5* Pestana Casino Park hotel close to the centre of Funchal.

Funchal stretches along the coast for four miles and is full of subtropical tranquil gardens which thrive in the temperate climate. Although the town is hilly, the Lido area where most of the hotels are situated is flatter and spreads up to one and a half miles from the centre. A pleasant promenade with tourist shops...
