Susan is a blessing! I work full time running a business and have found it is way more economical and extremely efficient to have Susan manage all my travel plans for me directly. I approached Susan when looking to book a trip to St. Petersburg with my mother (to get the real Russian adventure we wanted to do it independently). Her pricing was great value as we had previously done some looking around ourselves, and were interested in a particular hotel, where Susan beat the other prices. Her handling of the Russian Embassy was also impressive as they are very difficult to deal with, in fact Susan even ended up completing the paperwork online on my behalf!
