Due to a hectic life, I leave all my travel arrangements to Suzanne, who has always managed to provide exactly what we want. She takes all the worry away and with her extended travel knowledge she knows all the pitfalls etc. She is very efficient and hence I recommend her to all my friends.

Suzanne has arranged our holidays for several years now and we’ve always been very pleased with the service she has provided. When the volcano ash struck, Suzanne simply excelled! We landed in Paris, jet lagged, at about 7 a.m. and our onward flight to Birmingham was one of the first to be cancelled. Information was scarce, but Suzanne was already on the case, and kept us updated as the situation developed. This allowed us to recognise quickly that the airline’s offer of a flight the next day was very unlikely to materialise. Suzanne was then able to offer us seats on various Eurostar trains leaving the next day, and e-mailed the reservation details. We don’t know how she managed to get those seats, because fellow passengers who tried to do likewise only a short time afterwards were told that all trains were fully booked for the next three days! Suzanne is clearly a very well connected lady, and we’re very glad she is!
