You were right about the colors of India- vibrant, beautiful clothing even in the poorest areas. Having very little exposure to Indian cooking, we did have some food experiences that were very foreign to us. But we were always offered an "omelette" at any meal where we found the "curd", was not cooling the mouth enough to enjoy the food!

You did a wonderful job planning our vacation and we truly appreciate your expertise!
