We were travelling with our six-month-old baby, had very limited time, and simply couldn’t face the stress of starting from scratch. That's when we reached out to Anneliese and it was honestly the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning, Anneliese was incredibly responsive and supportive, often making herself available around us (which, with a baby isn’t always easy). What really stood out was how well she listened. She took the time to really understand what we needed from a holiday; like somewhere not too hot, easy to get around, and suitable for travelling with a young baby. She also guided us through things we hadn’t even thought about like car seat requirements abroad, and ensured everything from car hire to the correct car seat was arranged. When she suggested Orlando, it wasn’t somewhere we would have ever considered as we have always associated it with theme parks which are for older children. But Anneliese’s knowledge was incredible, she opened our eyes to a completely different side of Orlando, full of experiences perfect for a family with a baby. There’s no way we could have found these ourselves in such a short space of time. Throughout the trip, Anneliese continued to go above and beyond. She created a WhatsApp group to check in on us and make sure everything was going smoothly, which gave us real peace of mind. When we had an issue with our hotel room being adjoined to a noisy neighbouring room, she stepped in and resolved it for us. The entire holiday was amazing and we were able to properly relax and enjoy our time as a family, without the usual stress of planning and problem-solving. Anneliese’s knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care are second to none. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone, especially families, and we can confidently say we wouldn’t book another trip without her.

Anneliese has been friendly, helpful and professional throughout the research and booking process. She was always prompt in coming back with quotes or answers to our questions and her expertise in Disney trips was extremely valuable in helping to put together the right package for our family. She offered new options that we had not considered, to help maximise our trip while remaining within our budget. She has also been very proactive in organising additional elements such as seat reservations or contacting the airline regarding our son's allergy, without us even having to ask.
