Carol was constantly on hand throughout my whole journey, from finding the right deal, booking and arranging everything for me, sending all the paper work and itinerary. Sorting out seats on the plane. As this was my first holiday in years (also, first as a solo traveller) it was very reassuring that there was someone who I could call upon if need be (which I did and Carol was there with the answers by return). Carol was so amazing! She broke everything down for us and gave us so much insight on our ideal location. She made it super easy for us and nothing was ever a problem for her, I spoke with her over the phone and within not even a week our dream holiday was booked! Given the recent war in the middle east we needed a new holiday location and plan. I contacted Carol as she had come recommended. She helped us look at various locations (we are English but live in Spain), we looked at the Ikos Andalucía resort and decided to go for it. We had a slight issue with our room on arrival. We spoke to the hotel and in the morning I messaged Carol to let her know. Within 10mins she had called the hotel and given me an update. It was this moment I said to my husband this is why we will always use Carol. I didn’t want the headache and awkwardness of having to sort an issue and she stepped in and removed that stress from our holiday. The issue was resolved promptly and we ended up with a room upgrade (win win!). Carol doesn’t charge a fee for her service so it’s really a no brainer to have a conversation. Thanks Carol 🙌🏻

Massive thank you to Carol for organising our family holiday to Gran Canaria. This was our 7th booking with her, which says it all really. Carol is really the best 😜 there is nothing that is ever too much trouble - from an initial enquiry she asks the right questions so that she can personalise the trip just for you & your family. We have used Carol for quite a few trips/holidays now and have also recommended her to family & friends. This particular trip was very special to us as we were on our way to Australia for our youngest daughter’s wedding. We were travelling with our older daughter and her wife and our 17 month old grandson. Carol thought of everything to accommodate us all - a night flight from Heathrow to Singapore with a 2 night stopover, she found us a great hotel in an amazing location for everything we wanted to see/visit. Then onto Melbourne as our final destination - all flights, transfers & hotel etc were booked by Carol who kept us informed with online check ins and visa/ entry requirements as and when they were required. Her knowledge is amazing and her experience and advice are a testament of how much she understands and absolutely loves delivering exactly what we wanted. Carol was amazing from start to finish! We didn’t even know where we wanted to go on Honeymoon and she chatted us through some different options based on what we both wanted and came up with Thailand! It ended up being the perfect choice and Carol made an itinerary that allowed us to experience an amazing mix of city life, the most gorgeous national park I’ve ever been to, and island life! Everything went so smoothly and it was so reassuring knowing she was at the end of the phone for any questions. Carole has been absolutely great to deal with. Considering we only booked 2 weeks before , she did an amazing job finding good flights and accommodation. I was recommended Carol Lewis from Travel Counsellors to plan our trip to South Korea and Japan and was so glad we took up the recommendation! Carol took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in our trip. She quickly put together 3 different options on flights and hotels. The quotes were all accessible through a very user friendly app which you use to pay and access all your holiday details including tickets, hotel vouchers and pickup details. She helped us book our plane seats, checked us in and sent through the boarding passes. Carol was at the end of a phone, message or email throughout the whole trip and was extremely responsive. When our connection time was changed she was quick to offer solutions and took the stress away from us. The holiday was a seamless experience from start to finish thanks to her expertise and I will be using Carol for all my holidays in the future. I highly recommend her!
