Carol was amazing from start to finish! We didn’t even know where we wanted to go on Honeymoon and she chatted us through some different options based on what we both wanted and came up with Thailand! Carol has previously helped me to book some work trips abroad, so when I wanted to book a special 25th wedding anniversary getaway, I knew she was just the person. Firstly, thank you, Carol, for organising our luxury holiday that we never really realise we needed as much as we did lol Carol has been truly amazing, From the beginning, where she organised a telephone consultation, and listened attentively, to the kind of requirements we were looking for, for our Winter sun getaway. Carol shortlisted some amazing packages but we finally decided some adult only luxury in Cyprus was the way to go. Everything and I mean, everything was organised, and executed perfectly down to, seats selected on the plane, Airport car park, private transfers and online check-in by Carol herself. Carol did such a seamless job of organising everything for us that I was actually worried that we had forgotten to do something… we hadn’t, Carol just had already done it for us. It was the perfect winter sun get away. The hotel and staff were all truly amazing and we even received a complimentary room upgrade along with a free complimentary spa treatment, and a bottle of red wine. The same goes for Carol. I contacted her a few times about different things and nothing has ever been to much trouble. It has been the easiest holiday by far to navigate, and that is down to carols, expect the executed organisation and knowledge. I will be recommending Carol services to everyone I know. Carol from Travel Counsellors made our trip easy from start to finish. Carol gave us a great choice of hotels in Montenegro, with us choosing a great hotel overlooking Kotor Bay. Carol arranged the flights and car hire for us, allowing us more time to research the area and make plans for our week stay. First of all, Carol, thank you for helping us plan an incredible and unforgettable honeymoon to Bali which included some island hopping and a trip to Singapore. Prior to our trip, Carol kindly put a detailed info pack together listing a great number of locations and activities to choose from, we then shared where we wanted to visit and an itinerary was sent to us. It was just what we were looking for. Lots of documents, including boarding passes were also sent to us; everything planned by Carol was absolutely seamless. We travelled around a fair bit to different locations and without fail, every transfer was on time, tickets were waiting for us for boat rides and there was no stress whatsoever thanks to Carols brilliant organising. While away, we had the odd query with regards to recommendations in local areas and despite the time difference, (and length of my voice notes…) we had swift responses. Any question asked was answered. Staff at each hotel knew of our honeymoon thanks to Carol letting them know and we even had each room at each location decorated for us. I don’t often leave many reviews but I just had to! Where do I start to explain how amazing Carol is at planning?! I’m not just saying it but it was the easiest holiday I’ve ever been on and I will 100% be booking my next trip with her! Thankyou P.s she also sorted lovely transfers which on every other holiday I’ve ever been on have either not turned up, or taken hours!

Perfection…… Is honestly the only word to describe my recent holiday experience booked through Carol Lewis such a delight to have the complete stress of organising absolutely everything taken away and put into the very capable hands of Carol nothing was a problem everything dealt with so professional and efficiently I would highly recommend Carol .

I can not thank Carol enough for the service that she provided sorting our our Son & daughter in law's honeymoon. She was friendly, professional, patient & diligent in sorting everything . The only stress that they had was choosing between the wonderful options which she provided. Carol is extremely knowledgeable with an eye for detail but also provides the reassurance that is needed to travel in today's climate.
