Cath is amazing, she has organised two trips for me and one for my parents. From initial enquiry to throughout the trip she has taken care of everything perfectly. When any flight changes or delays occurred she was on to this immediately regardless of time differences and made everything ok. I've never used a TC before and I wouldnt not use one in the future after a brilliant experience. Holiday was booked for us with everything done. Then on our return our flights were cancelled! Cath and the team were brilliant fixing everything. We were home the next day after getting rapid overnight accommodation and new flights. Like a guardian angel watching over you on your trip.
