We booked our trip to Lombok through Charlotte Lock, and it couldn’t have been better. From start to finish, Charlotte was incredibly attentive, organised, and patient. She really listened to what we wanted, tailored everything to our family, and handled every detail with care. Her attention to detail made the whole journey effortless. She checked in before and during the trip to make sure everything was perfect, and it honestly was. Our guide, Moony, was absolutely brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable, and full of local insights that made our days great. And our driver was equally wonderful: safe, reliable, and always with a smile. We were treated like royalty!! We were treated, from minute 1, as King and Queen! The experience we were subjected to was nothing shy of perfection. It may sound scripted, but we can assure you this is not the case, there is no need what so ever! Charlotte Lock, our personal Travel Counsellor, took charge, and care of everything. Tasked with finding us the most awesome honeymoon, suggestions from us, experience from her with undoubtedly, fantastic backup from T.C! Charlotte found us three 'hot picks', we were smitten with one and the magic began! Always, the sign of a great company and person, is how an issue is dealt with and our slight issue of noise in hotel number two was quickly dealt with, with absolutely minimal fuss and everything went perfect again!!! From start to finish, our family holiday to Egypt was fantastic, thanks to Charlotte Lock, personal Travel Counsellor We had given Charlotte a wish list of important features that we were looking for - this was our first longer holiday abroad and the first plane trip for the children, so we were determined to make the most of it. Nothing was too much trouble for Charlotte and she offered us several fantastic hotel options to look through. The hotel we chose was brilliant, and had everything we hoped for and more. Our children loved all the activities, the pools & slides and the funfair! For us adults, the room options were brilliant, as Charlotte had helped us choose a suite which had space & privacy for us all. The food was fantastic, which was something Charlotte had taken special care to research & provide reassurance with. We all had the best time as the details had been taken care of by Charlotte, and we will be back to her to book another trip for next year!
