Charlotte Lock was our Travel Counsellor. From start to finish she was amazing. At the outset she took time to understand our needs as a family, what's important to us etc and presented options that met the bill. This was great as there is SO much on the internet it helped deal with going snow blind with choice. Having made a decision the booking process was simple and communication excellent. As the date of travel approached she proactively confirmed details, boarding passes and even provided hard copy documents. On the morning after we arrived she contacted us to make sure everything was as we expected and if we needed anything. Our holiday was everything we had hoped. Charlotte is a great example of how good old fashioned client service really works and makes a difference from the impersonal websites we have all become used to. We will be using her again.

Charlotte has helped us arrange 3 trips in the last two weeks. She has been extremely responsive and creative in generating holiday ideas. A fabulous service.

Charlotte really listened to what we were looking for and prepared a good itinerary. The cost was a little higher than expected, but prices within the travel industry are increasing, and she explained that Iceland is not one of the cheaper countries to explore. We are happy with our plans and are really looking forward to our trip.

We were treated like royalty!! We were treated, from minute 1, as King and Queen! The experience we were subjected to was nothing shy of perfection. It may sound scripted, but we can assure you this is not the case, there is no need what so ever! Charlotte Lock, our personal Travel Counsellor, took charge, and care of everything. Tasked with finding us the most awesome honeymoon, suggestions from us, experience from her with undoubtedly, fantastic backup from T.C! Charlotte found us three 'hot picks', we were smitten with one and the magic began! Always, the sign of a great company and person, is how an issue is dealt with and our slight issue of noise in hotel number two was quickly dealt with, with absolutely minimal fuss and everything went perfect again!!! From start to finish, our family holiday to Egypt was fantastic, thanks to Charlotte Lock, personal Travel Counsellor We had given Charlotte a wish list of important features that we were looking for - this was our first longer holiday abroad and the first plane trip for the children, so we were determined to make the most of it. Nothing was too much trouble for Charlotte and she offered us several fantastic hotel options to look through. The hotel we chose was brilliant, and had everything we hoped for and more. Our children loved all the activities, the pools & slides and the funfair! For us adults, the room options were brilliant, as Charlotte had helped us choose a suite which had space & privacy for us all. The food was fantastic, which was something Charlotte had taken special care to research & provide reassurance with. We all had the best time as the details had been taken care of by Charlotte, and we will be back to her to book another trip for next year!
