Dubai
Using Emirates Airlines we took the overnight flight on the A380 from Manchester. The service, in flight entertainment and overall comfort were excellent and we arrived refreshed and ready to start our holiday.
We stayed in the fantastic Ritz Carlton Jumeirah Beach. With its beachfront location and stunning views of the Palm and Dubai skyline we found it perfect for the whole family. The room was plenty big enough for two adults and two children. There are several swimming pools to choose from and an amazing choice of restaurants - we ate in a different restaurant every night but our favourite was the Palm Grill.
We had some great days out including Atlantis Waterpark, visiting the shopping malls and took in a city tour.
No trip to Dubai is complete unless you visit the Burj Khalifa Tower and stay to watch the daily fountain show in the evening.
