Las Vegas Second Visit

I stayed for four nights at The Encore at the Wynn on a work trip. We flew with Virgin Atlantic on the 9th May 2016. I had a Strip View Suite which was really lovely and spacious. I had always been under the impression that The Wynn and Encore were too far out but this really wasn't the case, it was in a great location opposite a very good shopping mall and a nice walk out from the strip. The buffet breakfast here was really good.

Our first night of arrival we went to the High Roller which was the Las Vegas eye (same as the London eye). The next day we were picked up by Limo early to go on our Champagne Grand Canyon picnic lunch. I cannot describe how amazing this was, it was an emotional experience and something I am so pleased that I did. We were taken down into the canyon and our pilot then brought out picnic baskets and we had champagne breakfast in the canyon.

We had a lot of hotel inspections and looked around the rooms and facilities of many hotels on the strip, so I really feel I know each hotel well now and can advise my customers on which I think is the most suitable for them. The shows I watched on this trip were Cirque De Soleil Reve which is at The Wynn and Cirque De Soleil Love which is the Beatles show at The Mirage. Both were really very good.

We had a superb meal at LAVO at the Venetian and we had an amazing meal at Andreas at The Wynn. This is a Forbes Travel 4* award winning restaurant and was extremely good. We had a really good Spanish Tapas meal at Jaleo which is in the Cosmopolitan and we had a buffet lunch at Caesars Palace which is known to be the best buffet and it really was.

We were very lucky to be treated to a VIP table at Surrender night club at The Wynn. This was such a great night and I will be recommending my stag and hen do customers to do this. Between a group this wouldn't work out too expensive and well worth it to avoid the long queues.

Our last day we went to Exotic Racing and got to drive whichever car we wanted to. I drove a Ferrari and had such a great time. I would definitely recommend groups of lads doing this.

Although I had been to Vegas the year before this, I experienced another side to it as I did different things to the first time I went. Going twice within 14 months, I now know Las Vegas well and I love arranging my customers trips here.
