Ellie was really quick in coming back to me from my initial enquiry through to answering any questions or queries I had. she made sure the whole process was smooth, check in on us on our first day and last day to make sure the holiday had been as expected, asked for feedback all the way through. What I like the most was her honestly and ability to manage my expectations and to find out what I was willing to negotiate on and also where I could flex.. Finding family holiday accommodation is usually a headache, but she took away all the stress and found us the perfect spot I’d never have discovered myself. Having stumbled across Ellie and on social media and read her fantastic reviews I decided she was the travel agent for me! I had a big birthday last year and my final fling was with my 4 boys and girlfriends, my youngest (14) was bringing a mate and of course my hubby paying for it! So 10 in total. We had lots of messing around one girlfriend wanting to fly from Manchester and the another wanting a one way flight as flying into Madrid for work when we left. Ellie literally took it all in her stride and changed bookings with ease. Nothing was ever a problem. We hadn't been on holiday since 2019 so wanted it all to be perfect. I was nervous about it and Ellie put me at ease and completely smashed it! Holiday was perfect for us all . We have already booked for a 4 night break in December to Morocco and looking at other holidays for next year. All with Ellie of course!

Superb from start to finish We just booked our holiday with the wonderful Ellie. We were inundated with approaches once we put feelers out for travel agent advice and support - there were at least 10 to choose from. All the big names and med/smaller agencies too. We decided to proceed with Ellie with great confidence as their approach was different, more personable and from the start they were filled with helpful ideas, unrivalled specialist knowledge and proactivity. Ellie's positive and can-do attitude complimented her knowledge and ability to produce results at super impressive speed. We were blown away with all the useful information provided and particularly with the flexibility in reporting different scenarios and options as we progressed through the process and finessed the brief. We looked at African safaris, Seychelles, Mauritius, South East Asia... the list goes on - and ended with our perfect trip. The support continues well after the search and booking process - Ellie has an App which features all the documents required, tickets, itineraries, contact details, emergency contacts etc and this is truly so useful particularly with more complicated trips. I have no hesitation in recommending Ellie with 5 stars! Thoroughly impressed and grateful customers!

Fantastic, stress-relieving honeymoon planning Ellie has been absolutely brilliant planning our 3 week honeymoon to Italy, which includes travelling to over 5 different destinations! At first, the thought of organising this ourselves, along with a wedding, was incredibly daunting, however, Ellie has taken all the stress out of it and planned us the most amazing honeymoon! She not only helped us with bookings of flights / hotels and general logistics, she also found us some fabulous excursion to go on while we are there, one’s we would not have found ourselves! The most unbelievable travel agent I was planning my honeymoon as well as the wedding, moving home/area. So I have alot going on. I had a phone call with Ellie and explained to her what I was looking for within a set budget. Ellie went away and within 2hours I got 3 quotes. I thought I had exactly what I wanted in mind..she blew my mind! One was a hotel that I wouldn't of expected and I loved it. She made tiny tweaks too make sure it was perfect and then it was booked. I booked within 5hours of our first call because she was so helpful, understanding and lovely. She didn't hard sell, she understood that I needed time to look over things, and she was genuinely caring. Planning a wedding is stressful but she took the full stress out of this! I recommend her for everything travel. I've found my new travel agent and I'm so happy. Roll on the honeymoon!
