Emma is the nicest kindest and most knowledgable travel consultant I have ever met. In my opinion there isn’t anything she doesn’t know about travel and passes her knowledge onto her clients.

We have returned from a fabulous short break at Alhos D'Agua all inclusive at 3HB Hotel Guarana in Portugal. I would definately return again. It was clean with a wide range of food for all diets (vegetarian and vegan too) throughout the day, with three pools and within walking distance of two beaches. We opted for two excursions, dolphin watching with Dream Wave (booked with hotel there - may want to go with another provider if you want to come off the boat to the beach, ps we did see the dolphins too!) and Aquashow a waterpark, (booked online whilst there) again another clean venue with a wide range of water rides for all ages. The staff at the hotel are attentive and knowledgable about the local area. Look to have enough cash as hotel did not accept cards including the Spa, though there is an ATM, and, brush up on basic Portugese. I even learnt how to ask for oat milk! Highly recommend Emma whose patience, knowledge and care during the selection for the holiday is truly first rate customer service. Emma, your passion to ensure the holiday is right is so very evident and much appreciated, a friend for life and I continue to pass on your details. Until the next time!
