I was 18 years old when I ventured I to the travel industry. I have been a luxury long haul Tour Operator, a Wedding Coordinator and spent years working for some stunning resorts across the Caribbean Islands, St Lucia is my absolute No.1 favourite! More recently I have been exploring some European gems with my children. Most recent trips include St Kitts, Nevis and Antigua West Indies and a road trip in France!

Francesca was very attentive and provided informative suggestions based on our requirements. We ended up choosing one of the hotels she suggested that we were unaware of from our own research, and are delighted with the outcome. Francesca took the stress out of the daunting task of finding the right holiday, making it a seamless process throughout. I particularly found the personal touch of a Travel Councilor a huge benefit, with a direct line to Francesca far more appealing than the renowned long call on hold to other travel companies.
