My wife and I have just returned from Adej,Tenerife. Frankie coordinated all of the arrangements for our stay at AluaSoul Hotel which was first class. On her advice we upgraded to ‘My favourite place’ category which provided extras including access to a ‘Club Room’ with a selection of alcoholic drinks. Frankie provided advice and support to access assisted help for transfer at the airport. Have just returned home after a 10 night holiday in Adeje booked for us by Frankie Lomas, Travel Councillors. The hotel was excellent as recommended by Frankie in a lovely resort. What was particularly outstanding were the travel arrangements at Stansted and Tenerife airport. I have severe spinal damage which restricts my mobility. Frankie prearranged Airport Assistance which ensured I was escorted through check in and onto the flight both ways. Her kindness exceed all expectations and I am hugely grateful for her help. I will definitely be calling upon Frankie’s expertise for our next holiday.

Frankie has been truly amazing with finding the perfect holiday at a reasonable price. The effort she has put into creating the perfect itinerary is amazing, Once again she has gone above and beyond. I would have no hesitation in recommending her services.

Frankie did a great job in putting together a tailor made trip to Portugal. We were nervous about travelling as we haven't travelled since Covid - Frankie was super quick to reply to all our questions, and also made great suggestions about how a 2 centre city break could work; she organised all the logistics including transfers for us and was also flexible when we wanted to change our accommodation to something that we found. She sent us a fab tailor made dossier of our journey and went to a lot of trouble to make sure we felt supported and had all the info, this included maps to get to the nearest bus stop etc, which were very helpful. She also kept in touch whilst we were away to check in regularly and resolve any niggles we encountered. She got to know us and the kind of holiday that we wanted and took those factors into account at all times. Thanks Frankie for all your hard work and effort, we had a wonderful time!

I have nothing but praise for Frankie. I would not manage my arrangements without her. She goes beyond that which is the norm. Nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend her to everyone I know and those I do not know.

Our travel counsellor Frankie goes the extra mile to make sure that all the hard work is taken care of when booking a holiday, travel accommodation, etc. The extra tips she gives us are always helpful & when it comes to the actual travel Frankie makes sure everything we need is on hand. Frankie always keeps us updated on any changes in travel times & she is always at the end of the phone should have any questions or should we encounter any difficulties once the holiday begins.

Hey Frankie - Just want to say a big thank you for arranging our holiday we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was in the perfect location and the rooms were exactly what we were looking for. The transfer to and from the hotel / airport was a van so we had plenty of room and it was also on time and we didn’t face any delays. It was a great pleasure working with Frankie to book our first family holiday. She took on board our requirements and presented with a good range of options.
