After deciding to book a holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia, we emailed Lisa with a ‘wish list’ of places we wanted to see and dates we were looking to travel. She came back to us within 24 hours with an itinerary including all flights, transfers, tours and hotels, all within our budget starting in north Vietnam finishing in Cambodia. The holiday was more than we had hoped for, all the hotels were excellent, local guides were brilliant and the tours great. We did have some difficulty with online check in for one of our internal flights, which was quickly resolved with an email to Lisa. Communication throughout was excellent and we would not hesitate in recommending Lisa for your holiday arrangements - in fact, we are putting another list together ready for when normal service resumes!!

Stacey was organised, efficient and very helpful when booking our trip. She was always quick to respond to queries whatever time of the day. During our trip she kept us fully updated and in very difficult circumstances eased our return home, even providing a large amount of foodstuffs which were scarce by the time we got back. Would recommend without hesitation and will unquestionably use her services again. Thank you Stacey!

We would like to have scored 100 if we could have! For the first time we booked our flights to South Africa through Tracey and after hearing the South African president address the people on Sunday 15th March (1730 hrs UK time) informing them about the pending travel ban to include the UK we immediately rang Tracey to ask her to try and get us a flight home a.s.a.p. Tracey worked tirelessly and finally at 2000 hrs confirmed we had 2 tickets to the UK 2 days later. We were so thankful we had booked through Tracey and not BA as the BA lines were totally blocked which meant it would have been virtually impossible for us to alter our flight directly with BA for a few days. We think the service Tracey offered us especially on a Sunday was outstanding customer service and we thank her wholeheartedly for going the extra mile to get us back to the UK.
