Following our initial discussion with Karen, she was able to interpret our ideas into an exciting plan for our two holidays. She managed our changing ideas calmly, this was comforting as our round the world ticket route needed to become our holiday of a lifetime. Nothing was too much trouble. We asked Jonny to arrange a last minute (much needed) holiday in October. He gave us lots of options and discussed the benefits of each with us. He was always available to discuss anything pertaining to the trip with us, making himself available outside of office hours and at the weekend. Jonny explained everything to us and even booked in on our behalf on line prior to departure. We really only had to pack our bags and make sure we had our passports! He walked us through our itinerary and listened exactly to what we wanted. The bottle of wine waiting upon arrival was just perfect. Thank you, Jonny, for a perfect holiday.

This is possibly the easiest holiday booking we have every made. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dawn - and she will definitely be the first person we contact for help with future holidays. The guidance she gave in deciding on our holiday and the itinerary she proposed, we would not have been able to find by ourselves and her response time is incredible! A stress free experience and we are so looking forward to our holiday in Japan!

We recently went to Mallorca, out of season with elderly grandparents and teenagers. Sarah helped us find a hotel suitable for our differing needs and managed to keep everyone happy! We had a great time, it was even sunny!

Cornel did a great job on this assignment, from beginning to end! She helped us plan an amazing holiday with a couple of iterations during planning to suit our thoughts and budget. Whilst we were in Halong Bay, the monsoon came in early and we had to alter plans for safety reasons. We reached out to Cornel and Ms Nga on the ground, who helped us bring our scheduled itinerary a day forward - all in the middle of the night for Cornel! We had a great team on this holiday, definitely recommended Cornel and Ms Nga for organising any trip to Vietnam, and providing support in time of need!

Caroline Howden, my Travel Counsellor, is always happy to help me and knows me by my first name. She will sort any problems I have, answer any questions however simple. Booking a holiday or cruise is always easy and I don't have to fill in cruise line...

Caroline Howden, my Travel Counsellor, is always happy to help me and knows me by my first name. She will sort any problems I have, answer any questions however simple. Booking a holiday or cruise is always easy and I don't have to fill in cruise line forms or print off anything, Caroline does it all for me. I get travel insurance through her as well and although it may not be the cheapest it is reassuring to know that should anything happen whilst abroad Caroline is on the end of a phone and will help if necessary.
