Everything you need to know about staycation cruises this year

07 April 2021

We’ve seen a lot of exciting developments in UK cruising recently with a number of our favourite cruise lines announcing that they’ll be setting sail once again this year with itineraries across the UK. These staycations at sea have been very popular so we’ve created a roundup of everything you need to know about UK cruising this year.

What is it?

UK domestic sailings have been brought in line with the rest of the travel industry, allowing them to operate from mid May (at the earliest) as part of the Government’s anticipated scaling down of travel restrictions.

These sailings will be departing from ports across the UK with some making stop offs at ports along the route while others will simply be at sea for the duration of the trip, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the superb service and facilities onboard.

Cruise lines each have their own individual policies relating to the requirement for passengers to have received their Covid-19 vaccinations before travelling so please speak to your Travel Counsellor for more details.
