Travel Counsellors rated Green by Which? Holiday Checker

We are delighted to be rated Green for Covid flexibility on the Which? Holiday Checker.

This consumer-focussed online tool rates companies green, amber or red based on their refund and amendment policies in relation to Covid-19 travel disruption. It makes it easy for you to check which providers offer the best flexible booking options, and which ones could leave you out of pocket if circumstances change.

You can search the findings for yourself using the Which? Holiday Checker, which compares the booking policies of more than 80 of the UK’s package holiday providers, depending on how they perform against criteria set by Which? experts. 

Using the tool will help point you in the direction of the companies with the best flexible booking options, so you can book with greater confidence that you won’t be left out of pocket should something go wrong.

The extensive research considered each company’s various policies on coronavirus-related disruption, including whether firms would refund customers in the event of a lockdown, if FCDO advice changes, if the customer is told to self-isolate before travelling, and if customers are forced to quarantine in a hotel on their return. 

By rating a company Green, Which? are highlighting that refunds are processed quickly in the event of cancellation and customers have the freedom to change their booking for almost any reason, often close to their departure date. Those considering a holiday are being encouraged by Which? to book with a Green company, based on their generous refund policies.
