I had the pleasure of Zara's assistance when booking a holiday for 2022 Myself and my partner are heading to Paphos in Cyprus for a friend's wedding. Zara remained professional throughout the booking. She was able to send detailed quotes and was very informative of the area,the hotel and the prices of all the deals available. Her communication was superb and she was able to keep me upto date when a new offer appeared or any price changes occured. She added her personal touch which was lovely and sent her business card and a thankyou card to me after booking. I felt I received first class treatment during the booking process and even after the holiday was booked, Zara checked I had received all the correct information via email and I understood how to use the app. I would definitely recommend Zara and Travel Counsellors to anyone planning a getaway be it abroad or in the UK. We were referred to Karla by a friend who told us she was the best in the business and we were certainly not disappointed after having her help us plan a trip. Her attention to detail saved us a lot of potential hassles and she took care of literally everything and managed to find flights and hotels at a cheaper price than we could online. I’d highly recommend her no matter how simple or complex your trip is!

I can only say good things about Adam, he really helped me on my trip to the states. It was my first time going and I had no idea where to go and what to do, Adam sorted everything out for me including personal recommendations on where to eat! During our stay we contacted Adam as we had a problem with our accommodation, he manged to get it sorted for us and even offered us an alternative place to stay, it just goes to show how important Adam is and how his services really help when you have no where to turn!
