Roast Dinner

Haggis
A traditional Scottish dish, haggis is made from sheep's pluck, onion, oatmeal and spices encased in sheeps stomach. Despite how it sounds, haggis has a deliciious savoury taste and is often served with 'neeps and tatties' and whiskey.
Welsh Rarebit
The original name for this dish was 'Welsh rabbit', this was later reinterpreted as the dish contains no actual rabbit. Welsh rarebit consists of a cheese sauce over toasted bread. The sauce can be made in many different ways, from sticking with just cheese to mixing with mustard to make a béchamel sauce.
