Jasmine was super helpful and very efficient when booking our holiday to Australia. This is our second trip to the US that we’ve planned through Jasmine, and once again she’s made the whole process completely stress-free. What felt impossible to book on our own, she somehow managed to piece together perfectly, from flights and hotels to car hire and all the little details in between. She’s always patient, friendly, and on top of everything, which makes such a difference when you’re juggling family plans and a busy schedule. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough, we honestly wouldn’t plan a big trip without her!

Friendly service very prompt with enquiry responses . Able to talk through options and suggestions given for alternative holidays where validity was low.

Just returned from a fantastic three week holiday in Canada. We told Jasmine where we wanted to go and she sorted everything. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation she chose which included nine hotels were outstanding for their location and resources. The car hire was arranged, internal flight and ferry, everything was seamless. Jasmine checked in with us and made sure any check-in were all sorted throughout the stay. It was the most amazing adventure from the whale watching, best watching and Rocky Mountaineer train. Jasmine honestly helped us to achieve our holiday of a lifetime. She came highly recommend and we can say her service, help and outstanding support was way beyond our expectations. I’ve never used a travel counsellor before and was somewhat nervous especially around cost. As our overseas holiday was cancelled I looked to Jasmine for advice regarding a staycation for myself and my daughter. We had quite difficult requirements- location, dates, transportation, accommodation, specific museum and theatre tickets. Jasmine exceeded our every expectation in the course of just a few emails and calls. I couldn’t have planned this trip if I had tried… and even then it would have taken up so much of my time and I wouldn’t have achieved what Jasmine has. I would recommend her to anyone needing a travel boost or just an expert who’s a call or email away. Nothing is too much trouble for her

Jasmine was brilliant in helping us plan our Asia adventure, even humouring my husband with his weird and wonderful ideas! She took into account the ages of our kids and what would be suitable for them. She took on board all the things we wanted to do and even suggested things we hadn’t thought of, using her infinite knowledge of the area. We would happily use her again and we have suggested her skills to help our family and friends plan their adventures!
