Jay has helped us brilliantly with our holiday bookings and her support with problems during the holidays themselves has given us the necessary peace of mind to enjoy our trips. Recently she was able to book a good deal for us with a Fred Olsen Cruise due only six days later, on the day our CMV Columbus cruise to Iceland was cancelled (three days before sailing). The paper work and info. arrived to us on the evening of the booking and the next day, which even included vehicle parking. This is the service we really appreciate when so many other associated costs such as, loss of Travel Insurance were at risk. as well as the disappointment of loosing the trip at such short notice.

Jay has been so easy to work with. She manage to find a resort that ticked all of our boxes, something that I struggled to do myself online. She is also quick to respond to queries and nothing seems like too much trouble.

Over the last few years Jay has sent us to virtually every continent on the planet, we've seen the Great Wall of China, the Barrier Reef, had six great river cruises with Uniworld on many of the Greatest Rivers in Europe and had the treat of being one of the first to experience business class travel on the A380.
