Jenny are arranged our family trip to Portugal for July 2026. We had 3 days in Porto, 3 days in Lisbon and a private villa in Ferragudo in the Algarve for our second week. What sets Jenny apart is that she really took time to hear what we were looking for, what type of activities we wanted to do and what standard of accommodation we were looking for. She then presented lots of options and responded quickly to feedback until we got the perfect trip. Jenny had great local knowledge of Porto, Lisbon and the Algarve and, if I had booked this trip on my own (or tried to follow a chat GPT suggested itinerary, I would have made mistakes. Jenny also booked us a Kayak tour in Porto for our first day which was excellent. Prior to travelling, we changed one of the party travelling and Jenny very quickly changed the names of the person flying and we also adjusted the car - nothing was too much trouble. After the trip Jenny was keen to hear how it went so that she continues to build up her knowledge of the area. Highly recommend Jenny's help!

Thank you for arranging our wonderful holiday to New York and Mexico. We had such an amazing time, honestly, so many fantastic memories!!

Having someone like Jenny, who can take your wish list and turn it into a working itinerary, with every hotel, guided trip, transfer, and taxi organised and booked, is a huge advantage. But when things start to go wrong, that’s when having a travel counsellor really shows its worth. This is where Jenny was brilliant, she stepped in and handled everything. She organised alternative flights via a completely different route, with Travel Counsellors funding the new bookings until the refund from Etihad came through. Thankfully after that initial blimp everything else went completely to plan, which considering the complexity of our holiday and the amount of taxi’s, trains, planes and even boats we used over the sixteen days, was hugely surprising and I put it down in no small part to Jenny and her planning.
