We've recently returned from a wonderful few days away. Jo helped us book a magical trip of a lifetime to see Santa in Lapland. Although we were booking rather late for Lapland, Jo was brilliant at finding the right location and package for us, within our budget. As our trip approached, she advised us of all the necessary documents and information we needed and went above and beyond to personalise something very special for our kids. The whole trip was amazing, we couldn't have asked for a better experience and without doubt will go back to Jo to book our next holiday. We returned from our holiday to Greece a couple of weeks ago and it was fantastic. The service provided by Jo and Lou was exceptional.
