Hi Kelly We had a fantastic break, thanks! In terms of feedback, I will try & tackle it location by location: 1. Milan. Hotel Five was fine. As I said in my earlier message, the room was a bit on the small side but I guess that is pretty common for city centre hotels. The coach trip to Como was brilliant, loved the boat trip to Bellagio & having the guide was great in terms of highlighting the famous owners of all the homes on the banks of the lake. 2. Verona. Loved Verona! Hotel was fab & one I would definitely use again as just around the corner from the amphitheatre. On our last night we went to the performance of Romeo & Juliet which moves around parts of the city before finishing in the Teatro Nuovo. That was a fitting end to a great stay & would recommend that to anyone visiting Verona. Would have loved to have taken in an opera at the Arena di Verona but too late in the season. 3. Siena. Wow. A fabulous place to visit & would strongly recommend adding to anyone’s itinery if they are visiting the area. The hotel was amazing. Very luxurious & we actually decided to spend a full day lazing by the hotel pool, a great option to have when we had spent so much time walking around sightseeing by that point. 4. Florence. Amazing city but so full of fellow tourists. By far the busiest of all the destinations of the “tour”. The Home Boutique Santa Maria Novella was clean, room was a great size & staff were fab, but it did feel like quite a change from the luxury of the Siena hotel. I would happily stay there again but for the final hotel of our trip maybe we should have gone for something a wee bit more upmarket. We did a day trip to Pisa by train & that was pretty straightforward to organise, helped by the train station being just around the corner from the hotel (another plus point). In summary, a brilliant holiday, back home feeling totally chilled Thanks for all your help in getting everything sorted for us. Cheers John & Anne

Kelly has been incredibly helpful in turning my idea of travelling round various northern Italian cities in September a reality. I wouldn’t have known where to start trying to coordinate this all myself but Kelly has made it a relative breeze (albeit with lots of hard work going on behind the scenes invisible to me!)

Thank you for all of your support with finding and booking our Devon holiday, The location was close enough to drive to, or if you are sprightly to walk to the beach with stunning views and a small shopping street with lots of beautiful independent shops. The accommodation was quintessential, very clean and tidy and it was a pleasant surprise to have complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate, sachets and milk and sugar as is normally provided in hotel rooms, Thank you again for your help, Would highly recommend your personal services and that you did not use any pushy sales tactics.
