Friday brunch at the Jumeirah Mina A'Salam

Fridays in Dubai are famous for their brunches, as this is the start to their weekend.

Spread across three restaurants, Mina A’Salam Friday Brunch boasts a varied culinary line-up. All three restaurants are linked by an outdoor street food section with stalls, live cooking stations and paired drinks and special mixed beverages. The atmosphere is great with live reggae music playing in the back ground.

Tortuga offers traditional Mexican fare such as tostadas, guacamole, tacos, ceviche, fajitas, enchiladas and nachos. From Zheng He’s, enjoy dim sum, mango salsa wasabi prawns, roasted duck and other Cantonese favourites. At Al Muna, feast on a selection of grilled meats, international dishes, seafood, dessert and a cheese selection. A new addition is the jerk cooking station, offering Caribbean cuisine of slightly spicy dishes, slow-cooked and roasted. The brunch also offers a separate children’s area with its own buffet and plenty of entertainment.

Jumeirah Mina A’Salam is a boutique hotel of exquisite style nestled on the shores of the Arabian Gulf and tranquil waters.
